We retain personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. In general:

  • Delivery records and transaction data: 7 years (in accordance with Malaysian accounting and tax requirements)
  • Customer account information: Until account closure, plus a reasonable retention period
  • Marketing data: Until consent is withdrawn
  • Employee records: As required under Malaysian employment law

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
